We are expanding our operations and looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Warehouse Sorting Staff in our warehouse located near Schiphol Airport.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sort and scan parcels manually, ensuring accuracy and meeting operational deadlines.
  • Oversee daily activities in the distribution center, optimizing workflow and task execution.
  • Support on-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and streamlining processes.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays to minimize risks and costs.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational standards.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in logistics or distribution center operations, preferably in hands-on roles.
  • Proficiency in English is required, proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Dutch warehouse practices is advantageous.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to handle repetitive physical tasks.
  • Adaptable, hardworking, and willing to take on challenges in a dynamic work environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and contractors.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and addressing logistical challenges.
