Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Team Member to join our dynamic team at RAAAK Personeel. As a key member of our production process, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our factory.

Your primary responsibilities will include packing duties, adding caps or lids to products, monitoring production lines, and performing cleaning tasks around your workstation. You will also be expected to assist with other areas of the factory as needed.

As a Production Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to develop new skills, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to the success of our production process.

We offer a competitive salary between €2300,- and €2900,- gross per month, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a shift bonus of 113% during morning and afternoon shifts, and 127% during night shifts.
