Sustainability Manager

The Sustainability Manager will play a key role in integrating sustainability initiatives with business strategy to drive long-term growth and environmental stewardship at Ausnutria. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability and strong data analysis skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to ensure that sustainability efforts are aligned with strategic objectives, providing insights that empower data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include providing integrated data analysis, identifying business opportunities and areas for sustainable growth, and developing and maintaining a consolidated reporting framework to track progress.
The Sustainability Manager will also be responsible for ensuring strategic alignment by supporting the creation and execution of long-term business strategies that incorporate sustainability goals. This will involve working with various stakeholders, including internal and external parties, to ensure alignment of strategic and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;
- Over 5 years of experience in sustainability management, strategic planning, and data analysis;
- Strong quantitative skills and experience in financial and sustainability data analysis;
- Proactive and independently-minded with a focus on improvement;
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex matters for senior stakeholders;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to tackle complex problems from different angles and creatively analyze them in relevant ways;
- Capability to manage processes and realize projects within time and budget;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- 25 days of holidays with the flexibility to buy five extra days;
- A salary between €4,900.00 & €7,300.00 gross per month (full-time) depending on experience;
