About the Role

As a Transportation Manager EMEA Region, you will be responsible for overseeing customer freight management in Europe. This includes monitoring and tracking service levels, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring compliance with European transportation regulations.

This role requires a high level of analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. You will work closely with internal teams, including Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track service levels by carrier and business unit, including cost per box/shipment reporting, mode mix, and delivery frequency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize freight operations and improve efficiency.
  • Liaise with carriers to negotiate rates and contracts, ensuring optimal pricing and services.
  • Ensure business continuity by identifying and mitigating supply chain disruptions.
  • Process invoices and manage budgeting for customer freight.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service teams to resolve exceptions, shipping frequencies, and carrier performance issues.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Freight Transportation Analyst or similar role.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics experience, with knowledge of European Carrier Networks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • Specialized Logistics/Freight management training is desirable.
Working Conditions:
