Job Summary
SiTime is seeking a highly analytical International Financial Analyst to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accounting and reporting for several of SiTime's international entities, contributing to the general ledger, and partnering with local accountants to analyze monthly activities.
Responsibilities:
- Primary liaison between US headquarters, the Company's international accounting firms, and local accountants based upon country time zones, handling all issues and inquiries.
- Prepare and post journal entries (intercompany, accruals, payroll, etc.).
- Perform reviews, analyses, reconciliations, and evaluations of general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
- Support your colleagues in financial areas of Fixed Assets, accounts payable, and payroll wherever else your financial skills are needed ensuring financial accuracy and completeness.
- Prepares ad hoc reporting and financial data as needed.
- Play a key role in interim and annual audits.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
- 3+ years of accounting experience, experience in a global company preferred;
- Experience with General Ledger, month-end closing, reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial statements required;
- Working knowledge of GAAP is required;
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, and ability to analyze raw information, conclude, and develop actionable recommendations.
