Job Title: E&I Lead Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced E&I Lead Supervisor to join our team at PM Group. As an E&I Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical and instrumentation aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental plans
* Monitor and coordinate site activities to ensure safety, quality, schedule, cost, and documentation
* Run and minute contractor weekly meetings
* Participate in 4-week lookahead meetings and ensure contractors' planned work is coordinated with others
* Work closely with other CMT personnel to ensure interfaces between contractors are well coordinated

Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years' experience in the construction sector
* Degree qualified or exceptionally strong trades' background
* Significant experience of E&I roles on active construction projects
* Experience of complex life-science or mission critical projects essential
