Aircraft Grounding Coordination

An AOG (Aircraft on Ground) employee coordinates and expedites the urgent shipment of aircraft parts and materials to minimize downtime and get grounded aircraft back into operation as quickly as possible. The Aircraft Grounding Coordinator is responsible for gathering all required documentation and maintaining the status of shipments, with knowledge of relevant certificates and proper handling of components such as ESD. The role involves identifying and resolving issues with attention to detail and accurate administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality standards by identifying and reporting problems, and keeping customers regularly informed about shipment statuses.
