Expert Technical Instructor

Build global training programs and share your technical expertise with operators and technicians worldwide as our new Technical Trainer.

As a technical trainer, you are responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs internally and externally at customer sites. Your primary goal is to equip operators, technicians, and colleagues with the necessary knowledge to operate and maintain our customized shrink-sleeve machines efficiently and effectively.

The position involves:

• Designing and conducting theory and practical training sessions on the use, operation, conversion, and maintenance of the machines.
• Closely collaborating with the technical department to develop and improve training programs.
• Researching new training methods and technologies to enhance program effectiveness.
• Supporting the technical department as needed to ensure seamless program delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of experience in engineering, preferably with a focus on training and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Polish is a plus.
• Availability to travel abroad, Monday to Friday.
