As a Clinique Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences within our luxury brand. To excel in this role, you will need to possess outstanding product knowledge, extensive beauty care expertise, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Extensive beauty care expertise, with a background as an esthetician and/or makeup artist being a plus
  • Service expertise in a luxury/specialty environment, with the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
  • Language proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a desirable asset
