Role Summary

Are you an expert in High Voltage testing with a desire to advance your career? In the position of High Voltage Test Engineering Manager, you will serve as the authority on all standards and guidelines related to High Voltage testing within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising all High Voltage testing activities
  • Offering technical insights during the bidding process and engaging with clients
  • Overseeing the successful implementation of projects
  • Playing a pivotal role in the decision-making for acquiring new testing equipment

Candidates should possess hands-on experience with the following High Voltage Testing methodologies:

  • Direct Current (DC) test systems
  • Very Low Frequency (VLF) testing
  • Damped Alternating Current (AC) testing
  • Insulation Resistance testing

Additionally, familiarity with High Voltage Diagnostic testing techniques such as Tan δ and Partial Discharge Measurement is essential.

Qualifications
  • Robust technical expertise
  • 4-7 years of experience in High Voltage testing
  • Willingness to travel and support offshore testing teams
  • Flexibility for hybrid work arrangements
  • Proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
