At Capi-Lux, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our dynamic retail team. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our aviation crew customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Advise and assist customers on our extensive range of luxury goods, perfumes, and drinks
* Ensure an attractive presentation of products, including refilling shelves and promoting sales
* Assist customers with a smooth checkout process
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
**Requirements:**
* Flexibility to work part-time (24 hours)
* Ability to reach the airport early in the morning or late in the evening by bike, car, or public transport
* Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive hourly wage of €13.68 plus allowances
* Irregularity allowance for working in the early morning or late evenings
* Travel allowance of 23 cents per kilometre with a maximum of €215 net per month
* Opportunity to buy discounted products from our other concept during staff sales
* Referral bonus of up to €500 gross for successful referrals
**Note:**
To work at our store, you need an Airport pass. You will receive the Airport Pass when you have received a Declaration of No Objection (VGB). One condition is that you have been registered in the Netherlands for the past eight years. The approval of the Schiphol Pass can take four to eight weeks.
