About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our Europe Central Asia region. As a key member of our HSE team, you will be responsible for driving our Zero Harm culture and ensuring compliance with industry standards and Nutreco's guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE improvement projects across 10 countries, ensuring compliance and project deliverables are met.
  • Formulate the HSE year plans, budgets, annual objectives and HSE goals for the entity, and ensure their execution.
  • Manage the deployment of new and revised policies, programs, standards, and practices, ensuring full implementation at the local level.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering or a similar field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HSE, with at least 5 years in managing a regional or global HSE organization with multiple sites.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver processes effectively to optimize business resources.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to partner and communicate effectively with employees and business counterparts.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
