Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description:

Lenntech is seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Officer to join our team. As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your key responsibilities will include managing inventory, coordinating the receipt and dispatch of goods, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Perform checks on current stock and keep up-to-date inventory listings
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
Meet regularly with customer service and logistics manager

Requirements:

Education on MBO level or equivalent in experience
Experience in warehouse and logistics activities and procedures
Proficiency in inventory software and MS Office Suite
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Forklift certification (preferred)
