Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Circuit Design Manager to lead our IC Design team in the development of precision timing solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving dynamic design engineering teams and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire top engineering teams through recruitment and motivation, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
  • IC Design Management: Foster a cross-functional IC Design team focused on precision timing solutions, utilizing your extensive technical expertise to formulate strategies for overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities.
  • Product Development: Identify and address shortcomings in products and processes, implementing optimal procedures to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Decision Making: Make strategic product-level decisions covering testability, manufacturing, cost, applications, and support features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design chips with DFT and DFM for rapid production release.
  • Customer Collaboration: Partner with Customers, Marketing, and Sales to define products, roadmaps, and schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage engineers to achieve customer, schedule, and budget goals, driving additional projects based on changing business needs.
