About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Lead to join our Packaging team in Suntory Beverage & Food France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading packaging projects from concept to implementation, ensuring successful launches in time, quality, and budget.

Main Accountabilities
  • Contribute to define and implement the R&D and local and regional Innovation-Renovation and Sustainability strategic plans.
  • Accountable for packaging projects from concept to implementation on site, whether they are innovations, renovations to bring added value or to save costs, social/environmental responsible or they are part of quality or production improvement projects or implementation of new bottling lines.
  • Contribute to the Local and Regional R&D and Market Strategies
  • Lead the R&D Packaging team
  • Lead himself/herself some strategic projects related to Packaging at BU level and contribute
Requirements
  • Packaging/Science background with a quality mindset
  • Leadership and business acumen
  • Understanding of packaging technologies and process
  • Solid FMCG or industrial environment experience
  • Project management skills with ability to prioritise and think on their feet
  • Ability to influence across wide array of teams (R&D, New product development, Sales, Marketing, Procurement)
  • Collaborative style that thinks team first
  • Good understanding and experience on bottling process is desired
