Job Overview
Nordson Industrial Coating Systems is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Technical Sales and Application Specialist. You will be in charge of maintaining and developing cooperation with our Top Customers mainly in France and Benelux region.
About the Role
This position plays a critical role in ensuring profitable growth through high levels of customer satisfaction supported by technical and application expertise, sales skills, and technical knowledge of Nordson Industrial Coating Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage each customer effectively and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and execute business strategies for each Top customer according to NBS Next with targets to secure profitable growth within given territories.
- Perform audits of Nordson application systems, help customers with settings, and final tuning of applications.
- Use value-selling skills to identify and promote latest Nordson products to customer bases.
- Conduct training schools for customer personnel.
- Report all activities and customer data in CRM systems to ensure complete transparency.
Requirements
- Strong technical and sales skills with ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
- Technical education and experience in an industrial environment for 5+ years.
- Electrician or experience from that field.
- Experience with 2pc and 3pc spray equipment is an advantage.
- Capable of working independently with structured methods of work and high efficiency.
- Team player in a multinational team.
- Language Skills: fluent English and French.
Travel and Equipment
- Willingness to travel 80% (typically 1-4 day trips).
- Company car, laptop, cell phone.
