Product Developer

The role of the Product Developer - Technical Consultant is central to the successful implementation of our software solutions for customers. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your technical expertise to support customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.

Key responsibilities of the Product Developer - Technical Consultant include collaborating with stakeholders and functional consultants to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into technical specifications and software designs. Additionally, you will translate technical specifications into code, document the code, and test its proper functioning. Integration with ERP, hardware, or other third-party systems is also a critical aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will assist functional consultants with the installation and commissioning of the software at clients' premises and investigate problems reported by customers, taking care of solving the issues of the software.

To be successful in this position, you will require a Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Automation, or ICT (or equivalent through experience). Proficiency in Java SE is essential, as is hands-on experience integrating software applications with external devices or systems using REST API, MQTT, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development tools (e.g., IntelliJ, Azure DevOps). A meticulous and results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results, is also crucial for this role. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, as is the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
