About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at HZPC. As a key member of our Financial Control department, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing financial data within your specific Strategic Business Areas (SBAs). Your primary focus will be on providing clear, accurate, and timely management information to our Business Controllers and business leaders, enabling them to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely financial reports for HZPC Holland to the HZPC group reporting team.
  • Analyze and report financial results for HZPC Holland, including monthly cost reports.
  • Prepare calculations for payments to growers and align with internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in the financial year-end close process.
  • Develop and analyze department and organization budgets with budget holders.
  • Contribute to various Finance projects.

Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a field related to Finance & Control.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial control role.
  • Preferably experience with Oracle Netsuite as an ERP system.
  • Proficient in working with Excel.
  • Analytically strong and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive in obtaining necessary information.
  • Good command of spoken and written Dutch and English.
