Unica is seeking a talented Junior Calculator to join our team in Arnhem. As a Junior Calculator, you will be responsible for translating bestekken into cost estimates, working closely with an experienced cost engineer to develop your skills and expertise.

- Work closely with an experienced cost engineer to develop your skills and expertise
- Develop and maintain cost estimates for technical projects
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates

About the Team:You will be part of our Building Projects Zuid team, which consists of around 90 employees working on various projects for our clients. We provide project management, design, and realization services for new builds and renovations of buildings.
Requirements:- MBO or HBO diploma in Installatietechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, or Elektrotechniek
- Some experience in a similar role
- Willingness to develop your skills and expertise as a cost engineer
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Competitive salary between €3,185 and €4,190 per month (based on 40 hours)
