Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our sales team and play a crucial role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead generation and qualification: You will be responsible for actively approaching potential customers in the IT sector, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and converting cold acquisitions into valuable customer relationships.
  • Supporting the Sales Team: You will provide daily support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks and optimizing sales processes. This includes updating customer data, preparing offers, and coordinating internal communication.
  • Target-driven approach: You will work with clear targets and goals to measure your performance. Achieving these targets not only brings a sense of accomplishment but also attractive bonuses.
  • Customer Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. You will identify market opportunities and ensure that customers feel heard and valued, contributing to long-term partnerships.
  • Market Opportunity Identification: You will monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for the company. You will report your findings and recommendations to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
