Job Summary:

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees and management on various HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage a wide range of HR projects, including benefits administration, employee relations, performance and learning management, onboarding, policy implementation, and training.
  • Act as administrator for our Performance Management (PMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Source, interview, and hire internal and external candidates to fill job vacancies for positions worldwide.
  • Develop and source training materials/courses and deliver training modules through instructor-led or web-based training, as needed.
  • Coordinate employee trainings and policy acknowledgements through our Learning Management System.
  • Monitor performance evaluations, ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, as needed.
  • Provide employee assistance for all benefits administration.
  • Assist employees with company policy questions.
  • Maintain the sick leave system.
  • Assist with employee inquiries on all leave of absence and related matters.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience is required; certification, formal training, education, or demonstrated competency may be evaluated and considered in lieu of the experience requirements.
  • Must have knowledge of wage and hour laws, employment laws, and Dutch payroll law.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Must have the ability to effectively present information, communicate with and respond to questions from employees and management, and write reports and business correspondence.
  • Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties.
  • Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
  • Available for 40 hours per week.
