GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Schiphol-Rijk, Hilversum, and Veenendaal. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR-related matters at your location.

\

In this role, you will provide advice on various HR issues, work closely with the HR team (HR Manager, HR Advisor, and HR Administration), and collaborate with HR colleagues from other GXO locations.

\

You will have the opportunity to contribute actively to developments within HR and personnel policy. We are looking for someone with experience who can independently manage their scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Operate on operational, tactical, and strategic levels within the organization\
  • Advise, support, and coach managers in onboarding, employee life cycle, and offboarding\
  • Involved in recruitment and selection of new employees, supervision of improvement processes in case of dysfunction, and training of employees\
  • Assist managers in conducting complex discussions related to absenteeism, performance management, and training and development\
  • Answer employees' questions regarding HRM policy and serve as an expert in Dutch Labor Law\
  • Pursue optimal professionalization of HR services for the benefit of clients, employees, and stakeholders\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field\
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar position\
  • Up-to-date and solid Labor law knowledge\
  • Experience in leading a team\
  • Experience working in a start-up organization\
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (verbal and written); fluency in English is a must\
  • Stress-resistant, proactive, and result-oriented personality with a down-to-earth approach\
