We zoeken een enthousiaste en gepassioneerde collega die onze deelnemers inspireert en begeleidt in het realiseren van hun buitenlandse au pair droom.

Taken

Als Sales Coordinator ben jij het gezicht van onze au pair programma's. Je hebt een passie voor sales en houdt ervan om direct contact te hebben met klanten. Je inspireert en informeert jongeren over de mogelijkheden van een au pair avontuur in het buitenland.

  • Leads opvolgen: Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van leads, voert inspirerende gesprekken en overtuigt jongeren om met ons op reis te gaan.
  • Presentaties en beurzen: Je presenteert onze programma's op scholen, beurzen en evenementen, zowel online als offline. Je krijgt energie van het geven van presentaties en netwerken met potentiële deelnemers.
  • Adviseren en informeren: Jij bent de expert die jongeren helpt bij het kiezen van de juiste bestemming en hen begeleidt in de stappen die nodig zijn om hun droom te realiseren.
  • Klantencontact: Je belt, mailt, appt en spreekt met leads en bestaande klanten, zowel op kantoor als daarbuiten. Geen vraag blijft onbeantwoord.
  • Salesstrategie: Samen met het team denk je mee over onze salesstrategie en draag je bij aan onze groeiambities.
Vereisten

Dit ben jij:

  • Enthousiast, gepassioneerd, stressbestendig en vrolijk
  • Vlot, representatief en commercieel
  • Niet honkvast – jij gaat er graag op uit, af en toe werken tijdens avonduren of zaterdagen vind jij geen probleem
  • Je spreekt zowel Nederlands als Engels
  • Oh ja, je hebt MBO+ of HBO denk- en werkniveau. Het liefst een afgeronde opleiding in toeristische of commerciële richting en relevante werkervaring opgedaan in een internationale omgeving met sales en administratie vaardigheden. Ook ben je erg klantgericht, probleemoplossend en communicatief sterk. Je bent actief op sociale media en weet dus perfect hoe je onze doelgroep bereikt. Je hebt een aantal stempels in je paspoort en hebt ook zelf een au pair programma gevolgd.
