About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Bas Trucks EN. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling new and used truck parts to international customers, building and maintaining relationships with hauliers, workshops, and garages, and managing the sales process from sale to delivery.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will have the freedom to run your own business and make decisions that impact the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new and used truck parts to international customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with hauliers, workshops, and garages
  • Manage the sales process from sale to delivery
  • Work closely with colleagues from Stock Management, Sales Support, and Transport to ensure seamless execution of sales
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements
  • MBO or HBO education in the direction of Automotive, Technology, Commerce, or a related course
  • Affinity with Automotive, trucks, and truck parts or the interest to learn this
  • Strong communication skills and easy to talk to
  • Service-oriented attitude and always think along with the customer
  • English as well as Dutch, Spanish, French, or German are an advantage
