Visual Brand Manager

We continue to push the boundaries of innovation and quality in our products, and now we're looking for a talented Visual Brand Manager to join our EMEA marketing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of all retail graphics across multiple retailers and markets, while supporting our objective of re-establishing Bugaboo as the most desired premium parenting brand.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with local marketing managers and account managers to align on brand and commercial objectives. You will also own relationships with suppliers/printers to secure a cost-efficient service executed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Develop POS principles and best practices for both large and small format graphics/literature to be adopted across all EMEA markets;
- Work with the sales excellence team to build a database for all graphics and related equipment across the EMEA cluster, and develop a process for maintaining accurate records of all specifications;
- Own relationships with suppliers/printers to secure a cost and time efficient service, executed to a high standard;
- Work closely with local marketing managers and account managers to align on brand and commercial objectives, and ensure records of retailers' requirements are accurate and up to date;
- Brief all POS/graphics artwork for all SIS sites, working closely with the creative team and Retail Project Manager to fulfil bespoke and generic requirements within brand guidelines;
- Supporting the development of bespoke graphics for localised initiatives, such as events or promotions, alongside local marketing managers and sales teams;
- Responsible for maintaining brand continuity and visual consistency across multiple retail stores and graphic formats;
- Comfortable working within a supportive and positive team of Account Managers & Marketers to deliver localised graphic requirements, allowing for regional nuances without compromising on brand identity.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in in-store marketing, VM and/or print management experience to support a considered approach to our retail graphics strategy;
- A deep understanding of all POS and graphic formats, and how they contribute to the customer journey in multi-brand retail environments is essential;
- Experienced in budget and project management, to ensure all graphics are delivered on time and cost-efficiently, without compromising on brand or retailer standards;
- Skilled at building relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring Bugaboo is front of mind and represented as a premium brand across all retail stores in the EMEA cluster;
- Strong aptitude for writing technical, detailed briefs for the artworking and production of all graphics, ensuring accuracy and excellent standards;
- Good technical knowledge of printed materials and specifications to liaise with designers and suppliers on achieving high quality graphics;
- You will be a strong team player, able to work with multiple stakeholders and possess excellent communication and organisational skills with an eye for detail;
- You will be flexible and able to adapt to the varying requirements of our markets and retail partners, developing on-brand solutions to challenges that are unique to each.
You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
