ASML is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Competence-Test Lab Manager to join our team in the D&E MM EUV Wafer Flow department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Actuator Lab, ensuring that facilities, equipment, and set-ups are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of department labs, equipment, and technical tasks
- Ensure employees follow industry standards and safety regulations in using available tools and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule lab or equipment use time for staff
- Contribute to efficient and effective integration of test activities on Fumo/Proto projects
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
- Proven background of at least 3 years in working with high-tech equipment in a hardware/software environment
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and accept change
- Quality-minded, safety-aware, and accurate in work practices
