Global Sustainability Manager

Coty is seeking a highly skilled Global Sustainability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Sustainability Office, you will play a critical role in driving our company's sustainability strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-lead annual sustainability reporting, ensuring compliance with CSRD and voluntary sustainability reporting frameworks.
- Manage external reporting, questionnaires, and assessments from stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinator.
- Oversee ESG data collection and external audit/verification processes.
- Support the development of internal controls for sustainability reporting, aligning with internal and external developments.
- Build and maintain global sustainability partnerships and memberships, as well as engage with external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other Coty functions to develop and implement sustainability policies.
- Monitor industry peers, newly developed standards, and stakeholder expectations, communicating key findings.
- Create training materials to educate functions and teams on sustainability best practices and drive a sustainability culture within the company.
- Support the planning and coordination of events, such as sustainability champions connects and workshops, and provide administrative support to the Sustainability Office.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Business, or Management.
- 3+ years of experience in a complex, multinational company, preferably in the consumer goods industry or consulting.
- Expertise in sustainability reporting, process development, project management, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to persuade others, articulate a point of view, and set direction, with the ability to synthesize data to drive business decisions.
