Job Overview

CSC Crewing B.V. is seeking a skilled Master to join our team in the maritime logistics industry. As a Master, you will be responsible for the supervision of cargo handling, ballast, and cargo-related operations, as well as ensuring the efficient and economical operation of the Deck Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the vessel for departure, arrival, anchorage, and mooring
  • Keep records of maintenance in the vessel's PM-system file
  • Conduct daily inspections of the Deck Department and develop deck officers on board
  • Implement proactive measures to continually improve the vessel's operations

Requirements

  • Valid Certificate of Competence Master below 3000 GT or no limitation
  • Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate
  • Valid STCW documents (minimum = AFF, BST, SSO, MFA, MC, GMDSS, ECDIS (Transas preferred))
  • At least 2 years of experience on General Cargo vessels as Master
  • Strong team player with a flexible attitude
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment
