Job Overview

HYXiPOWER seeks a skilled Logistics Specialist to oversee the company's logistics operations. This role involves managing inbound and outbound shipments, stock coordination, and collaborating with various departments and external warehouse companies.

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can handle all issues with freight forwarders and other logistics companies to coordinate shipments effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Oracle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing logistics duties, including shipment coordination and inventory control.
  • Collaborating with Sales, RMA, BO, Supply Chain, and external warehouse company teams.
  • Handling issues with freight forwarders and other logistics companies.
  • Contacting transportation companies to acquire shipping quotes and select cost-efficient carriers.
  • Coordinating warehouse activities and performing inventory controls.
  • Conducting monthly inventory reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of recent relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Oracle systems.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain accuracy in this role.
