Als Operations Supervisor bij UPS Healthcare ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de dagelijkse activiteiten in onze Healthcare-warehouse. Je zorgt ervoor dat de processen vloeiend verlopen en dat de productiviteit van je team optimaal is. Je bent een coach die zijn teamleden helpt om hun vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en procesverbeteringen door te voeren.
Wat je doet
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de dagelijkse activiteiten in de Healthcare-warehouse.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de processen vloeiend verlopen en dat de productiviteit van je team optimaal is.
- Je bent een coach die zijn teamleden helpt om hun vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en procesverbeteringen door te voeren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van rapporten en het analyseren van data om beslissingen te nemen.
- Je bent in contact met klanten en leveranciers om te communiceren over orders, leveringen en andere logistieke zaken.
Wat je nodig hebt
- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in logistiek of supply chain management.
- Een aantal jaar ervaring in een leiderschapsrol.
- Ervaring in de gezondheidszorg is een pré.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om een team te coachen en procesverbeteringen door te voeren.
- Een analytisch en proactief persoonlijkheid.
- Fluency in het Nederlands en Engels in zowel schrijven als spreken.

- Een competitief salaris van €4185,- gebaseerd op werkervaring.
