Photonics Chip Operator

We are seeking a skilled Photonics Chip Operator to join our team at SMART Photonics. As a Photonics Chip Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our cleanroom equipment, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality photonics chips.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment, including wafer processing machines and other specialized tools.
- Ensure the efficient production of high-quality photonics chips, meeting or exceeding quality and yield targets.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve production issues, implementing process improvements as needed.
- Perform visual inspections of wafers and other products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in photonics chip production.
- VMBO, MBO, or HBO work and thinking level in the direction of technology, process technology, or Vapro B.
- At least 2 years of work experience as an operator in a cleanroom.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in 5-shifts.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
- Ability to work accurately and cleanly.

- Salary: we offer a good salary and 30% allowance for working in shifts.
- Ongoing training and development: after your probationary period, we offer the opportunity to develop further, for example, with a (vapro) training, extra training towards a leadership or training role, accompanying the engineers or further developing in your current work.
