You will work at Olympia, the expert in plastic repair and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

As a production worker at Olympia, you will work on high-quality products. Your challenge is to complete daily repairs on time and according to high-quality standards. Together with the team, you are responsible for delivering a quality product on time. Good communication and collegial cooperation are essential. Damaged packaging poses a serious problem for both food safety and employee safety within companies. You are responsible for repairing these packages. You will work with damaged plastic crates, pallets, and other packaging materials. You will mainly focus on maintenance work and will be trained 'on the job' to connect plastic parts through plastic welding. Experience for this position is not required, but you must have the right mentality, be eager to learn, listen well, and be handy with hand tools.


Requirements
  • You speak Dutch or English.
  • You have a driver's license.
  • You are available full-time (40 hours) from Monday to Friday between 08:00-17:00.
  • You can switch tasks and work methodically.
  • Some technical experience is desired; you know how to handle hand tools.
  • You have a good work attitude (hands-on mentality).
  • You are available on short notice.

Working Conditions
  • A full-time job.
  • A salary of €14.00 per hour and travel allowance.
  • Accumulation of holiday pay, vacation days, and pension through Olympia.
  • Working in day shifts from 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
