Senior QMS Manager

Seatrade Groningen B.V., a leading maritime company, seeks a highly skilled Senior QMS Manager to ensure fleet safety, sustainability, and compliance with international regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime studies and extensive experience in a managerial position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QMS procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the integrity of the QMS system and lead incident investigations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 8 employees.
- Coordinate security measures for high-risk voyages and act as the Company Security Officer (CSO).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in maritime studies.
- At least 5 years of sea experience (Captain-level preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years in a (semi) managerial position in a relevant field.
