The Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Product Director to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce product management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the prioritization and delivery of e-commerce features, integrations, and improvements across multiple client accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Client Portfolio Management: Own the e-commerce product roadmap for 3-5 clients, serving as their strategic advisor on technology decisions.
  • E-commerce Solution Design: Work with our expert implementation teams to design and implement solutions that solve specific business challenges.
  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate between client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and external partners.
  • Sprint Planning & Execution: Manage sprints and releases across client accounts.
  • Digital Strategy & Consultancy: Keep up with the latest e-commerce technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce product management or similar roles
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce technology (Shopify Plus, Salesforce, Commercetools)
  • Proven experience managing technology products for retail brands
  • Strong understanding of enterprise level integrations and ecosystem (ERP, PIM, CDP, MAM, Etc)
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Epics, Kanban, etc.)
