About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Coordinator to join our team at Mobeco Group B.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage electrical engineering documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness;
  • Develop and implement detailed planning and delivery schedules for engineering documentation;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for third parties, providing guidance on standards and working methods;
  • Solve planning and progress problems, adjusting and aligning all parties involved;
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the assigned electrical engineering team;
  • Take over tasks and actions of the design team during the contract phase;
  • Ensure scope and demarcation are clearly defined;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the maritime industry and/or yacht building;
  • 5 years of experience in the electrical engineering discipline;
  • Proactive and problem-solving work approach;
  • Decisive, persuasive, customer-oriented, and able to see the bigger picture;
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and AutoCAD;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Authorized to work in the Netherlands;
