About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at Status Pro. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our client's modern data platform, utilizing the Microsoft stack.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with experience in developing data warehouses and lakehouses using tools like DBT, Azure DevOps, Azure Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data warehouses and lakehouses for various domains within the organization
  • Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and propose solutions
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer in the DWH domain
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Dimensional and Data Modeling
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Demonstrated experience with SQL/ETL
  • Demonstrated experience with Azure Data Factory / Azure Synapse
  • Demonstrated experience with Databricks
  • Demonstrated experience with Git (Azure DevOps)
  • Experience in Agile working
