About the Role:

We are seeking a Bell Attendant to join our team at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. As a key member of our front office team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with carrying luggage and parking their cars.
  • Answer any queries guests may have and provide information about the hotel and its services.
  • Be a team player with a hands-on mentality and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality experience, preferably as a Bell Attendant at an Amsterdam hotel.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Great language and communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Able to carry luggage and work in a fast-paced environment.
