About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Olympia. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing inventory data, reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and records, and enhancing our inventory processes.

Your primary focus will be on processing, analyzing, and reporting the results of stock counts, identifying differences between counts and stock administration, and proposing structural solutions for improvement.

You will also be responsible for processing stock and storage changes in the system, monitoring stock levels and presence, collecting data, preparing reports, and statistics, and ensuring data accuracy and keeping it up to date.

In addition, you will identify irregularities in administrative data and take necessary actions to maintain the integrity of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process and analyze inventory data to identify trends and discrepancies
  2. Reconcile physical stock and records to ensure accuracy
  3. Enhance inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  4. Monitor stock levels and presence to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  5. Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and statistics
  6. Ensure data accuracy and integrity
Requirements
  • Logistics knowledge and experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
  • Availability to work day shifts
  • VGB and ELA certificates (upon request)
  • EPT/Stacker, Reach truck, and OPT certificates
  • MBO working and thinking level
