Job Overview

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Mobilisation Leader to join our team. As a Mobilisation Leader, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of mobilisation of geotechnical and/or laboratory equipment spreads for projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute mobilisation lists for equipment, laboratory, and consumables for projects.
  • Perform and witness System Acceptance Test (SAT) tests before shipment and ensure that equipment shipped has a valid test or load certificate.
  • Accurately register equipment IDs, etc. in the Equipment Management System.
  • Provide loading plans for containers and/or lorries and accurate documentation to the logistic manager for further processing.
  • Draft and review required procedures/documents and implement a proper stock control of laboratory consumables on board of the vessels.
  • Standardise offshore laboratory equipment spreads in the EUAF region and communicate with various stakeholders about project requirements.

Requirements

  • Completed higher vocational education with preferably an electrical or mechanical background.
  • Previous working experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills with a proactive and systematic approach.
  • Flexible attitude with the ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
