About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. As a Packing Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and controlling production line equipment to ensure efficient processing of products. Your tasks will include:

  • Controlling the supply of raw materials and materials
  • Solving operational malfunctions and signaling issues
  • Performing test productions and various checks
  • Data processing in the system
  • Instructing and supporting production employees

Your work will also involve maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company rules, and working collaboratively with colleagues. If you are available to work 5 shifts and possess good communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary between €26,000 and €32,500 per year, excluding shift allowance. You can expect a minimum salary of €33,300 when including the 28% shift allowance. Additionally, we offer:

  • Paid pauses
  • 8.33% vacation pay
  • 3% year-end bonus
  • 25 vacation days
  • Travel allowance and a good pension plan
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a good command of Dutch or English, experience in the food industry is an advantage. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of quality in your work.
