Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Hexion Careers. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures around maintenance projects and turnarounds. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical maintenance and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of assigned projects within budget and agreed time against the agreed quality standards
  • Mark-up & compile work packages & generate these work packages for stakeholders
  • Directing of hired planners
  • Contacting and selecting of contractors for the execution of Turnaround scope
  • Field supervision during turnarounds
Requirements
  • HBO (WTBK)
  • Practical experience in mechanical maintenance
  • Affinity with IT
  • Knowledge and affinity of rotating works
  • Affinity for Schedule activities
