Ewals Cargo Care is a pan-European transportation and logistics company driven by innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Director to support our regions in North-West and South. This key role requires a seasoned HR professional with a successful track record of HR management and business partnering in international organizations.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent people management skills, inspiring leadership, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR operations across several countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, UK, Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

This role encompasses:

  • Leading the HR teams in your regions, transforming them towards business partnering;
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as executive management and business leaders;
  • Driving local compensation and benefits strategies, identifying challenges and opportunities within client groups;
  • Contributing to broader (EU) HR teams, working beyond regional remits;
  • Ensuring clear communication and data-driven HR goals based on business drivers;

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Manager and Business Partner, with expertise in Dutch labor law;
  • Proven coaching experience at senior management level and exceptional influencing skills;
  • Comfortable working in a highly matrixed Intl' organization undergoing transitions, driving HR transformations;

In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary, including a starting premium of €1,000 if you sign your employment contract before August 1st, 2024.
