The Role

As a key member of the Antibody Research Materials department at Genmab, you will be part of a team that fuels the company's discovery pipeline by supplying essential research materials. Our challenge is to deliver these materials at predictable and fast timelines, ensuring high user-friendliness.

This team is responsible for releasing protein batches after data review, receiving and managing the research material inventory, distributing the antibodies internally, and organizing shipping to external partners.

In this position, you will work as a Research Associate in the Inventory Management team, collaborating with the team to manage the inventory and distribute materials to various research groups within Genmab. With good teamwork and clear communication, you will be part of a business-critical team supporting the development of innovative antibodies.

The Responsibilities

As a Research Associate, you will be part of the Protein Sample Management team, responsible for the storage and internal and external distribution of Genmab's research antibodies and proteins.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the inventory and issuing samples to requesters;
  • Contributing to the optimization and innovation of our team;
  • Communicating with Scientists and Research Associates about requests and updates;
  • Developing yourself to specialize in diverse fields.

Requirements:

Additionally, you meet the following professional requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, biology, chemistry, or equivalent;
  • Experience working in a laboratory according to established procedures;
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines;
  • Ability to communicate with business-level English, both orally and in writing.
