About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at RTL AdAlliance. As a key member of our Product & Revenue Development department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital portfolio and driving revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize revenue from our digital portfolio.
  • Collaborate with our co-seller partners to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Provide rate and discount guidance to ensure revenue optimization, margins, and supply are aligned.
  • Generate valuable insights through regular reports and analysis to inform revenue and margin development.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy and rate card development to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze buy-side spends and costs of revenue to optimize revenue performance.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment. You should have:

1-3 years of experience in digital advertising environments.A background in advertising sales, media agencies, or digital publishing.Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Power BI.Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, paired with implementation skills and pragmatism.Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.A strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
