About the Role
As a Health and Safety Specialist at DSV, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees and the success of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to mitigate potential hazards and improve workplace safety.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and control measures.
- Provide guidance and training to supervisors and employees on health and safety best practices and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or a related field.
- Relevant experience in health and safety within a logistics or process-oriented environment.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
