About the Role:

This internship offers a unique opportunity to join Philips' ESG Transformation Team and contribute to the company's sustainability efforts. As a Sustainability Transformation Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the team in moderating the Sustainability Community of Practice (CoP) and Center of Excellence (CoE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ESG Transformation Team in connecting people with experts, sharing information, and engaging in discussions within the Sustainability CoP and CoE.
  • Organize and execute activities such as live webinars, interactive events, and workshops to promote sustainability awareness and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of sustainability tools and resources, and advise sustainability experts on how to leverage the Sustainability CoP to facilitate transformation.
  • Collect and create content for the Sustainability CoEs and CoPs, and share it throughout the organization using internal communication platforms.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Change Management, Business Administration, Environment, Communications, Policy, Sustainability, Innovation, and Strategy.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about sustainability, with a focus on Circular Economy and EcoDesign.
  • Ability to connect complex challenges to the right sources and experts.
  • Experience with community management, media platforms, video editing, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • A keen eye and a curious mind, with a ability to see synergies and opportunities everywhere.
