We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-time Lecturer in the Faculty of Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting workshops and mini-talks for schools and parents, with a focus on diversity management and catering for diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct school-based workshops for parents and schools to enhance understanding of diversity management and catering for diversity
- Collaborate closely with the project team to deliver workshops during school days, possibly on weekends and school holidays
- Develop and implement educational programs to promote diversity and inclusion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Education, Social Worker, Social Science, Language, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years' full-time work experience in a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct workshops and mini-talks for schools and parents
- Familiarity with educational concepts such as diversity management, catering for diversity, and parent education
