STAFIDE is seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer with expertise in Quantexa and Scala to lead the technical delivery of high-impact projects within the cutting-edge Quantexa and data engineering domain.
We are looking for a talented professional who can drive technical solutions from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalability requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in Agile/DevOps environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
The selected candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Spark and Scala, with a focus on data processing and ETL workflows. They will also be proficient in Kubernetes and have practical, hands-on experience in Quantexa ETL and scoring development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of Quantexa implementation projects, focusing on ETL, scoring development, configuration, and continuous enhancements.
- Use Agile and DevOps methodologies to drive effective, timely, and quality-oriented deliverables.
- Design, develop, and deploy CI/CD pipelines, optimizing the deployment process and ensuring consistency in deliverables.
- Work extensively with Kubernetes for efficient container orchestration and management.
- Act as the escalation point for technical delivery issues, ensuring timely solutions and maintaining project momentum.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as the Quantexa team, data team, and delivery team to ensure alignment and clarity in project requirements and milestones.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- 6-8 years of experience in digital and data engineering, with a strong emphasis on Quantexa implementation and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and Scala, with practical, hands-on experience in Quantexa ETL and scoring development.
- Extensive experience working in Agile/DevOps environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
- Competency in using MS Azure and Azure DevOps (basic understanding is a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of Spark and Scala, with a focus on data processing and ETL workflows.
