Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Industrial Operator to join our team at Olympia, a leading cheese processing company in the Weert region. As an Industrial Operator, you will be responsible for the production process and corresponding lines, ensuring high-quality cheese powders are produced efficiently and safely.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Building and rebuilding production lines;
  • Monitoring the production process and maintaining quality standards;
  • Managing and training production staff (2-3);
  • Performing quality controls and weighing cheeses;
  • Setting up reports and collaborating with foremen on planning, quality, and efficiency;
  • Other common production tasks.

Requirements:

  • MBO working and/or thinking level;
  • Experience implementing improvements is an advantage;
  • Experience in a similar function, preferably in the food industry;
  • Ability to manage colleagues and maintain process oversight;
  • Right work mentality and openness to positive feedback;
  • Willingness to work three shifts.

Working Conditions:

  • Structural position with potential for a permanent contract;
  • Salary starting from €2300 bruto per month;
  • Allowances for working between 18:00 and 07:00 hours;
  • Nice travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer from 10km;
  • Full-time work from Monday to Friday;
  • Work takes place in three shifts (06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 06:00);
