About the Role

The Strategic Project Manager for Governance & Project Management will lead the execution of assigned projects, driving them from initiation to closure. This role will implement methods to improve data management within the Business organization, building systems that collect, manage, and convert raw data into actionable information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and within agreed boundaries
  • Propose and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and driving results
  • Lead business-critical and strategic projects, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making
  • Analyze and organize raw information from diverse sources, identifying trends and patterns
  • Design and implement data systems, ensuring data quality and reliability
  • Evaluate business needs and objectives, developing strategies to address them
  • Conduct complex data analysis, reporting results and recommendations
  • Enhance data quality and reliability, identifying opportunities for data acquisition
  • Collaborate with IT on project initiatives, driving business outcomes

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus
  • Technical expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Hands-on experience with SQL database design
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Leadership skills in building and leading project teams in a global, intercultural environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including stakeholder management
  • Hands-on and proactive mindset
  • Analytical thinking and process-oriented approach
